Deposits made through PayPal are NOT REFUNDABLE for any reason other then unrentable weather conditions*. Customers MUST CALL, BEFORE leaving the deposit, to confirm availability of desired watercraft on the desired day: (305) 856-6559

Failure to call ahead and confirm availability can result in a loss of payment, the boat being unavailable or being put on a different vessel then desired. This decision will be made by American WaterSports.

Within 48 hours of the reservation American WaterSports can make changes to the reservation for bad weather or in the event the reserved vessel would become unavailable for any reason.
